25 vuoden päästä Eurooppaan ei enää saa rekisteröidä täällä aiemmin käyttöönottamattomia polttomoottorikäyttöisiä ajoneuvoja. Toki historialliset keräilyesineet ovat eri asia, mutta sellaisiksi lasketaan silloin vain yli 75 vuotta vanhat autot ja moottoripyörät.
