Visit to Finland From US with C-2

What kind of schedule on Saturday at Tampere region? I have to be in Savonlinna all day on Saturday and I'll be back sometime in the evening. Interested in sauna, but I can't say anything sure before the funeral ceremony is over and all the relatives have left.

Good to hear Jack made it here safe and sound. Unfortunately many of us had to stay at work when the man of the hour arrived today, but we will try to make up for it tomorrow. We have planned an early dinner for everyone interested (Jack this includes you ) at Haikkoo and after that a little cruise to take a small walking tour around old part of Porvoo and maybe quick drinks with the living legend in the Vanha Paahtimo, also in Porvoo. After that we are invited to tuplakoo's residence in Loviisa for some good old offtopic chit chat and finnish pancakes.

We are hoping that all 2000 Finnish Corvette owners to join us tomorrow! I know many of the guys have their cars tucked away for the winter already, but bring your daily drivers and join the fun. Jacktion Day 2 tomorrow!!!!

PS: for those interested participating tomorrow (Mainly need a head count for the dinner reservation), give me a shout or drop me an PM or email or buzz, it's all good! Let's make sure Mr. P feels right at home here!!!!

PPS: Weather permitting, we are on stand by for Vantaa Cruising night, it's not looking particularly good at the moment, so we are not setting our hopes too high about this...

Jack should be in Tampere/Kangasala on Saturday hopefully around 17.00. Saturday morning shall be filled with garages around Helsinki area. Grill and sauna shall be heated so feel welcome to join. Address on private message if needed.

Sunday at 10.00 at Rally Hall of Fame and then garages at Pirkkala if possible. Please let me know if you are joining as I try to reserve a guided tour. Then towards Central Finland and evening in Jämsä. And Monday up to Oulu.
